📋 Description

• Train, mentor, and support teams to adopt agile values and practices.
• Use data-driven approach to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Encourage open communication and active participation within/between teams.
• Identify and address impediments hindering progress; collaborate to remove obstacles.
• Foster effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Support Release Train Engineers with planning and running SAFe events.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban and XP; Agile principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fosters teamwork.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; tracks progress accurately.
• Resilience and problem-solving mindset; able to find solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes/tools.
• Ability to inspect and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence is a plus.
