Junior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Ship features and fixes for our messaging platform (Elixir)
• Work through bugs across our stack: React, TypeScript, Elixir
• Set up a local development environment mirroring production
• Participate in sprint planning and Jira ticketing
• Contribute to code reviews and standups with the team
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product, and design

🎯 Requirements

• Some software development experience (work, internships, bootcamps, or projects)
• Familiarity with React/Next.js/Phoenix or similar
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Strong written and verbal communication
