🎯 Requirements

Strong Python and SQL
Degree in computer science or related field, internships, open-source work, a thesis, or a system
Hands-on experience with a database beyond the basics (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Understand schemas, indexes, and what breaks under load
Ability to work on vague problems without waiting for a spec
Think about reliability
