Junior Software Engineer (uLTImates team)

📋 Description

• Build and improve features in Canvas, from small fixes to full pieces of new functionality, with
• Write clean, tested code on both the frontend and the backend of the services our team owns.
• Take part in code reviews. You'll get feedback on your work and review the work of others.
• Investigate bugs and production issues, and help fix them using logs, dashboards, and alerts.
• Join planning and refinement with product and design, so you understand why we build what we build.
• Take part in our team rituals, such as standups and retrospectives. Share what you learn, and grow

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software engineering. Internships, personal projects, and bootcamps
• Fluent Hungarian and good working English.
• Solid coding fundamentals, including common coding patterns, plus hands-on work with TypeScript and
• Working knowledge of relational databases, and a basic understanding of document-based databases.
• Some knowledge of testing, and experience with Git and code review.
• Interest in frontend development and infrastructure, and a habit of asking questions and learning
