Operate security devices, systems and monitoring devices
Develop and maintain knowledge of video monitor console equipment and camera locations
Acquire knowledge of casino games, procedures, and players’ behaviors
Follow procedures; notify manager or departments on suspicious activities
Review historical footage and prepare written reports of violations
Collaborate with Risk Analyst team and other surveillance operators

🎯 Requirements

Incomplete or higher education
Experience with MS Office, Windows
English (at least B1) and Georgian written and verbal
Detail oriented, organized
Stress-resilient; able to multitask
Good communication skills
