Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues
Networking - building own relationships, candidates and clients.
Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent through effective channels
To engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch language proficiency is
Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet
At least 1 year of experience working within a customer/client-facing role
Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage.
Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset
