📋 Description

• Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent through effective channels
• To engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
• To be fully responsible in the talent acquisition process, duties including but not limited to
• Keep abreast with best practices in talent acquisition and propose continuous improvements to our

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch language proficiency is
• Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet
• At least 1 year of experience working within a customer/client-facing role
• Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage.
• Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset
• Excellent attention and focusing on details - you will have to work with databases and documents.
