📋 Description

• Participate in profile alignment meetings and kick-off calls with Hiring Managers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective sourcing strategies
• Proactively identify and engage talent across the digital and technology markets
• Propose innovative sourcing ideas and new candidate-attraction channels
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates
• Advocate for candidates when presenting profiles to business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience performing talent sourcing or foundational recruitment in an agency or digital environment
• Advanced/fluent English; able to interview, converse professionally, and write clear emails/reports
• Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and proactive talent-hunting techniques
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
• Interest in or knowledge of the digital/technology market ecosystem
