📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across global roles
• Manage postings, pipelines, interviews, feedback, and offers
• Support employer branding and scale talent acquisition
• Ensure a positive, transparent candidate experience
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding for new hires

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; or up to 2 years in recruitment
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with different teams
• Strong attention to detail; accurate records and compliant processes
• Genuine interest in people; care about candidate and employee experience
• Open to time zones and cultures in a global environment
• Familiar with ATS tools (Lever, Workable) or similar HR software
