(Junior) Technical Project Manager – Events 6 Exhibits

📋 Description

• Plan and execute technical concepts for live comms events, from congresses to customer events
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality
• Manage international logistics, shipments, customs, and on-site deliveries
• Oversee external vendors (booth constructors, logistics, AV) and supplier selection
• Develop cost estimates, compare quotations, and support contract coordination
• Create basic 2D/3D booth layouts, cable plans, and graphic placement concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Event Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years in technical event or exhibition management
• Experience coordinating multiple projects internationally
• Experience planning congresses/exhibitions/technical events
• Understanding of booth infrastructure and exhibition construction
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; valid Class B drivers license; willingness to travel ~20%
