One to three years of professional experience in transactional legal work, preferably within a
Foundational experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements
Familiarity with common contractual documents, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
Strong understanding of contractual provisions, legal terminology, commercial risk allocation
Demonstrated ability to identify contractual risks, assess ambiguous language, recognize
Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex legal reasoning
