One to three years of professional experience in transactional legal work
Foundational experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements
Familiarity with common contractual documents, including MSAs, NDAs, and other commercial contracts
Strong understanding of contractual provisions, legal terminology, commercial risk allocation
Demonstrated ability to identify contractual risks, assess ambiguous language, recognize
Strong legal research and analytical skills
