📋 Description

• Plan and run user research studies (usability tests, interviews, surveys)
• Synthesize findings into actionable product insights
• Collaborate with Product Designers/Managers to set research goals
• Create lightweight prototypes or wireframes for testing
• Help set up and analyze design validation tests
• Document and share research learnings across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of user-centered research methods and tools
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar; ability to wireframe or prototype
• User research, UX design or related fields; entry-level candidates welcome
