Junior Video Editor (YouTube & Podcast Content)

📋 Description

• Edit long-form YouTube videos and video podcasts, including multi-camera edits where applicable
• Create short-form clips (Shorts, Reels, TikToks) from podcast and YouTube content
• Apply clean cuts, pacing, basic motion graphics, captions, and sound balancing for YouTube
• Use AI-powered tools to assist editing workflows, captioning, clipping, and noise reduction
• Collaborate with producers and creators to implement feedback and revisions efficiently
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and publishing requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience editing YouTube videos and/or video podcasts
• Proven experience using modern AI tools in video editing workflows
• Proficiency with a professional editor: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast content styles, pacing, and viewer engagement
• Remote work experience with Slack/Zoom/Google Workspace; US/UK company experience required
• Ability to take feedback, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote environment
