Junior Workday HCM Configuration Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM and related modules.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and feature releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing system support to HR, managers, and employees.
• Configure and maintain Core HCM, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Organizations, Positions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience creating custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration.
