Support portfolio optimization projects such as openings, renewals, relocations, transfers
Draft, negotiate, and update commercial contracts supporting activities
Advise operational teams through legal analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, E-commerce, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in Law
5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate law, business law, or contracts
Experience in retail, real estate, or multi-site environments is an advantage
Excellent English proficiency (C1 level)
