K-2nd Grade Teachers

📋 Description

• Deliver standards-aligned instruction using HQIM.
• Plan/adapt units and lessons; script questions and exemplars.
• Use data to drive instruction; analyze daily work and assessments.
• Differentiate with IEP/504 accommodations; coordinate with DSS/ESL.
• Structure practice with independent work, small groups, centers.
• Provide timely feedback tied to rubrics; maintain transparent grades.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Commitment to KIPP's 5 core beliefs
• Authorized to work in the United States; I-9; background check
• Verification of teaching experience
• Two+ years urban, open-enrollment teaching (preferred)
• State-issued teaching credential (preferred)
