📋 Description

• Collaborate with instructional design to scope Spanish ELA lessons for K–8.
• Review lesson content, objectives, and activities for standards alignment.
• Assess linguistic appropriateness of design, vocabulary, and text selections.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to content writers and designers.
• Ensure authentic Spanish content: grammar, syntax, and language usage.
• Serve as SME on Spanish literacy development for K–8.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in Education, Bilingual Education, Spanish Language Arts, or related field.
• Bilingual or dual-language teaching authorization preferred.
• Native or near-native Spanish; training in linguistics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of K–8 classroom teaching in Spanish or dual-language.
• Expertise in Spanish ELA standards and biliteracy frameworks.
• Excellent Spanish and English communication; ability to give actionable feedback.
