  • Manage Paytm RTC/bus operator relationships in your region.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and own regional revenue, pricing, performance.
  • Own revenue targets, load factors, and seat fill rates.
  • Collaborate with central pricing/analytics on dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Track revenue leakage, cancellations, and penalties; resolve with operators.
  • Monitor SLA adherence; coordinate with support and tech to resolve issues.

  • 2โ€“6 years in bus ticketing, logistics, e-commerce, or B2C travel partnerships.
  • Experience with state transport corporations or regional aggregators a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
  • Data-savvy: dashboards, Excel, and BI tools for insights.
  • Deep understanding of regional travel patterns, fares, and operations.
  • Excellent English and local language communication.
