📋 Description

• Manage and grow Paytm's RTC/bus operator partnerships in the region.
• Own regional revenue targets, pricing health, and operations performance.
• Collaborate with central pricing and analytics on dynamic pricing.
• Track revenue leakage, cancellations, and penalties; resolve with operators.
• Benchmark fares and operator quality; provide market insights.
• Recommend product/UX changes from operator and market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2–6 years in bus ticketing or travel partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
• Data-savvy: dashboards, Excel, and BI tools.
• Deep understanding of regional travel patterns, fares, and ops.
• Excellent English and local language communication.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.
