Kefirs/Yo Operator I

📋 Description

• Assemble/disassemble machinery for cleaning and startup
• Inspect machinery security features and cleanliness; adjust as needed before use
• Perform quality checks on material (temp and pH) to meet specs
• Document equipment changes, changeovers, consumption, and production records
• Manually fill buckets of materials and load onto carts to processing area
• Visually inspect ingredients to ensure specs before processing
• Monitor processing to meet quality specifications
• Perform and document cleaning of machinery
• Document final consumption and report finished material to production orders
• Clean work area to maintain a safe work environment
• Duties rotate between Kefirs/Yo Operators
• Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year experience in manufacturing/production or food/beverage
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read English (preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP system (preferred)
