📋 Description

• Lead a regional team of Key Account Leaders selling into public safety agencies with 101 to 550
• Recruit the right people, coach them into great sellers, and retain them.
• Sharpen deal strategy, get into the field on competitive pursuits, and build territory, pipeline
• Work alongside peer Directors and across Channel, Sales Engineering, Business Development
• Set the standard for how the team works, modeling and coaching the use of AI tools.
• Own hiring for the region: build talent pipeline, run structured process, onboard and ramp new Key

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager with year-by-year attainment record.
• 4+ years total in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales with success closing complex
• Demonstrated success recruiting sellers with a strong network, clear point of view, and structured
• Articulable coaching approach with examples of people who improved measurably.
• Strong voluntary retention history and record of developing people into larger roles.
• Experience selling or leading teams into SLED customers with working knowledge of procurement
