  • Handle a portfolio of strategic Public Sector accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; identify needs.
  • Proactively identify signals of dissatisfaction and address them.
  • Ensure onboarding of new accounts and promote adoption by employees.
  • Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews.
  • Renegotiate contracts to ensure value and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 6 years in a customer-facing role, incl. interactions with C-Levels.
  • French proficiency (oral and written).
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience with very large organizations and unions.
  • Strong negotiation, tact and empathy.
  • Based in Paris, Bordeaux or Marseille or willing to relocate.
