🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of specialty pharma/healthcare sales.
  • 3–5 years in complex access environments including Buy & Bill.
  • Proven success in high-level account management and hospital selling.
  • Experience across multiple sites of care; tailor strategy accordingly.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level relationship skills; willing to travel 50–75%.
