  • Own local enterprise accounts & align with GAM
  • Build trust with local HR, Procurement & business units
  • Lead local deployment of global agreements & pilots
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, CSM/Onboarding, Delivery
  • Drive local expansion & new opportunities within accounts
  • Use MEDDIC & CRM hygiene for needs assessment

  • University degree or comparable education
  • 5+ years in a B2B commercial role (Account Exec/Manager)
  • Experience in recruitment, SaaS, or IT services (preferred)
  • Hunter mindset with client-centric, long-term growth
  • Fluent English; strong negotiation & networking
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial; strong sales planning & organization
