Key Account Manager/ Trade Eye Care

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the commercial strategy for key Retail accounts.
• Build long-term, senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers, commercial teams and
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, trading terms, investments and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, new channels and category development.
• Analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory, distribution, market share, pricing and promotional
• Manage customer commercial budgets and maximize return on commercial investment.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing/ Commercial
• Proven experience managing Retail chains and leading commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data sources like Nielsen
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, commercial investments and financial performance.
• Experience with major pharmacy chains, retailers and/or omnichannel platforms is preferred.
