📋 Description

• Build strong, trusted relationships with Authorised Distributor buyers across Europe.
• Own forecasting for upcoming releases using data to drive decisions.
• Monitor order velocity and stock positions; recommend reprints or stock transfers.
• Drive distributor performance by setting objectives and quarterly reviews.
• Leverage trade shows and conventions to strengthen partnerships.
• Partner with retail marketing to shape MDF planning and maximise channel impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated in business, finance, commerce, or related discipline.
• Account management with retailers or distributors in gaming or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C retail processes and channel dynamics.
• Additional European language capability would be advantageous.
• Highly developed commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
