📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch
• Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing
• Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic
• Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, and
• Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn proprietary
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teams
• Positive, eager-to-learn attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
