🎯 Requirements

• 10 to 15 years in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of biocide applications and pulp mill processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's, preference for chemical engineering.
• Experience managing teams and developing technical talent.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
