📋 Description

• Design and implement processes to boost productivity and report accuracy.
• Attend onsite inspections; monitor inspector performance and client standards.
• Prepare and deliver training for inspectors on processes and checklists.
• Translate client requirements into operational instructions and checklists.
• Track KPIs to monitor impact and drive improvements.
• Support ad-hoc projects aligned with team targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student or recent grad in Softline (apparel/textiles) or Hardline.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel regularly to client sites and factories.
• Analytical mindset for process mapping, data analysis, and improvements.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to train inspectors and internal teams.
• Proactive, dynamic, curious; able to challenge status quo.
