📋 Description

• Provide customers with a great shopping experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features to customers and team.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders, and task delegation.
• Lead sales to meet daily objectives and drive performance.
• Maintain store aesthetics: cleaning, stocking, merchandising plans.
• Stay up-to-date with brand, events, and product knowledge for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience
• A self-starter delivering an outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired
