📋 Description

• Provide great customer experience with strong product knowledge.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Assist store ops: opening/closing, returns, store credits, special orders.
• Lead tasks among Sales Associates and help meet daily goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics and merchandising; stay current with brand knowledge.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and growth opportunities within the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year as Key Holder or Sales Lead in retail.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter delivering outstanding retail experience.
• Open to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired.
