📋 Description

• Provide customers with a great experience and strong product knowledge
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, returns, and store credit
• Manage special orders and help divide tasks among Sales Associates
• Maintain store aesthetics, stock, and merchandising plans
• Be a resource on product features and benefits for customers

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year as Key Holder or Sales Lead, or retail equivalent
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experiences
• Open mind, eager to learn, and part of the riding community
• Experience with POS systems (RetailPro)
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired but not required
