• Provide outstanding customer service with product expertise.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns, and orders.
• Support merchandising and maintain store appearance.
• Share brand knowledge and drive daily sales objectives.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and in the riding community.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year as Key Holder or Sales Lead in retail.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter who delivers a personalized retail experience.
• Open to learning; eager to join the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems RetailPro.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge strongly desired but not required.
