• Provide customers with a great experience using product knowledge.
• Lead store sales and achieve daily sales goals.
• Assist with opening/closing, returns, and special orders.
• Maintain store appearance, stock, and merchandising plans.
• Stay current on brand knowledge; be a resource to customers.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and engage with riders.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year as Key Holder or Sales Lead in retail.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience.
• Open mind, eager to learn and join riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle knowledge or interest preferred but not required.
