• Provide exceptional customer experience with strong product knowledge.
• Explain features and benefits to customers and teammates.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, and special orders.
• Lead daily sales goals and drive store performance.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising plans.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events (shows, races).

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter delivering an outstanding personalized retail experience.
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle knowledge or interest desired but not required.
