📋 Description

• Provide great customer experience and lead store sales to meet daily targets.
• Maintain store aesthetics; stock, organize, and follow merchandising plans.
• Stay up-to-date on brand, product knowledge and events; assist customers.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders.
• Be a resource to customers and teammates through product knowledge.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and embody company values.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience.
• Open mind, eager to learn and ride community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems, especially RetailPro.
• Motorcycle riding/knowledge/interest is desired but not required.
