📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer experience with strong product knowledge.
• Educate customers and teammates on product features and benefits.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns, and special orders.
• Lead sales efforts to help achieve daily sales objectives.
• Maintain store aesthetics and merchandising plans.
• Be friendly, upbeat and a strong brand ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter with outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Open mind, eager to learn and join the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired.
