📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer experience and lead store sales to meet daily goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics: clean, stock, organize; follow merchandising plans.
• Stay up-to-date with brand/product knowledge; be a resource to customers.
• Open/close procedures; manage returns/store credit; process special orders.
• Delegate tasks among Sales Associates to keep operations smooth.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events; engage with the riding community.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent retail role.
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter mentality delivering outstanding personalized retail experience.
• Open mind and eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired but not required.
