📋 Description

• Provide customers with a great shopping experience
• Maintain product knowledge and inform on features and benefits
• Assist with opening/closing, returns, store credit, and special orders
• Divide tasks and guide Sales Associates
• Uphold Cycle Gear core values daily
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and in the riding community

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or equivalent at retail
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter with outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired but not required
