• Provide customers with a great shopping experience; maintain product knowledge.
• Lead store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders, tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with brand, products, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year as Key Holder or Sales Lead in retail.
• 2+ years sales or customer service.
• Self-starter who delivers personalized retail experiences.
• Open to learning; eager to be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding/knowledge or interest strongly desired but not required.
