📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns, and credit.
• Manage merchandising and keep store clean and stocked.
• Share product info and train teammates; act as sales leader.
• Support special orders and task delegation among sales staff.
• Participate in events like motorcycle shows representing Cycle Gear.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience
• Open-minded and eager to learn in riding community
• Experience with POS systems (RetailPro)
• Motorcycle knowledge or interest (desirable)
