📋 Description

• Provide customers with a great experience and strong product knowledge.
• Support daily store operations: openings/closings, returns, and special orders.
• Maintain store aesthetics and merchandising plans; stay brand-informed.
• Lead by example to hit daily sales objectives and manage tasks among Sales Associates.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and engage with the riding community.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter with a drive to deliver personalized retail experiences.
• Open to learning and part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems, especially RetailPro.
• Motorcycle interest/knowledge is strongly desired.
