📋 Description

• Provide customers with a great shopping experience.
• Maintain product knowledge; explain features and benefits.
• Assist store operations: opening/closing, returns, and special orders.
• Lead daily sales objectives and support the team.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter with a personalized retail approach.
• Open mind, eager to learn, and part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest preferred.
