🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ Key Holder or Sales Lead experience at retail.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter who delivers personalized retail experiences.
• Open to learning; eager to engage with the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired but not required.
