• Deliver outstanding customer service and experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features/benefits.
• Lead store operations: opening/closing, returns, specials.
• Meet daily sales objectives as a sales leader.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and within riding community.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year Key Holder or Sales Lead experience in retail.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience.
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest (desirable).
