📋 Description

• Lead a warm, inclusive customer experience on floor and fitting rooms.
• Coach Sales Associates in real time to hit targets and KPIs.
• Manage floor pulse during peak periods to maximize sales.
• Guide customers to Knix products and bra fittings for the right fit.
• Stay updated on product assortment and convey expertise.
• Support staff training, visual merchandising, and operations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have right to work in Canada and be 18+.
• 2+ years experience in apparel or lifestyle retail.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior role.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team to drive results and customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and sales insights for real-time decisions.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
