📋 Description

• Lead a team on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Coach Sales Associates in real time to hit targets.

• Guide customers to Knix products, including bra fittings.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate effectively.
• Support training, merchandising, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail.
• Experience in a lead or senior role.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team to hit targets.
• Use KPIs and sales insights to drive decisions.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
