Key Lead

📋 Description

• Create a warm, inclusive customer experience on the floor and in fitting rooms
• Coach and develop Sales Associates in real time
• Use real-time data and KPIs to drive actions during peak hours
• Guide customers to Knix products, including bra fittings
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and communicate expertise
• De-escalate challenging interactions and support training/merchandising

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail (preferred)
• Proven lead or senior role
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team for results
• Demonstrated use of KPIs and sales insights for real-time decisions
• Resourceful and proactive, resolve conflicts calmly
