• Create a warm, inclusive end-to-end customer experience on the floor and in fitting rooms.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates in real time, driving engagement and targets.
• Lead peak-hour performance using real-time data and KPIs to maximize sales.
• Guide customers to Knix products, including bra fittings, for the perfect fit.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and share expertise with the team.
• Support staff training, visual merchandising, and general store operations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail; lead or senior role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to drive results and customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and sales insights for real-time decisions.
• Resourceful and proactive; resolve conflicts calmly with staff and customers.
